AOS is Hiring:
Advanced Orthodontic Solutions (AOS) is a proprietary wire bending solution for Orthodontic Laboratories. No longer is it necessary to hire trained experienced wire bending technicians. Our simple wire bending CNC equipment in conjunction with our Jaw Draw software, allow for precise, simple and fast wire bending needs for orthodontic solutions with a quick and easy learning curve.
Key Responsibilities include: meeting or exceeding the assigned unit and revenue sales goals, contributing to sales forecasting, customer service as needed, and professionally representing AOS in the US and International Markets. 80% office based virtual sales. 10-20% travel for various trade shows or occasional customer site visits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, (Other duties may be assigned):
- Sales activities, including Lead follow-up, Lead Generation, Prospect penetration, CRM Machine Sales, Software Licensing Sales within the assigned countries
- Customer Training,
- Handles sales duties in the assigned countries.
- Develops a pipeline of new business to achieve quota.
- Detailed follow-up on all company lead-generation services.
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Goals / Quotas with positive results.
- Utilization of company CRM on a daily basis, Calendar, Call Log, Follow-up, Contacts, Projections, Quota etc.
- Develop realistic monthly, quarterly and yearly projections based on the pipeline.
- Travel, <20%
- Bi-Annual Trade show attendance – aspects including: set up, tear down, and – lead generation.
- Directs him or herself in a manner that is positive and promotes AOS professionally to achieve results.
- Assists the AOS in production & Engineering team with any issues or customer concerns where necessary.
- Reviews each request with the appropriate production team manager and/or team member.
- Continuously builds knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others.
- Works within approved budget; develops and implements cost saving measures; contributes to profits and revenue; conserves organizational resources.
- Gathers competitive data and communicates to the respective AOS Inc team members.
- Maintains all aspects of Quality Control Training to meet regulatory needs worldwide.
Job Requirements:
- Dental / Orthodontic / Lab sales experience.
- Must be computer literate and experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams,
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent presentation and technical training skills are appreciated.
- Ability to work in a TEAM environment.
- Must have a 4-year degree.
- Exhibits integrity and character in all activities.
- Travel to clients – less than 20%.
- Education – Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 Commensurate with Experience
Variable Commissions: $30,000 – 47,000 Commensurate with experience
Travel Expenses when necessary
